UPDATE: I made the Ricotta cheesecake recipe (Ferrara's) a second time, it was a hit. I added a few pistachios to experiment a bit. They were well received by my taste tester GL.
I made the Ricotta cheesecake recipe (Ferrara's). I was very pleased with the results. The cheesecake recipe is simple enough for most novices.
